At RAJNITI.ORG , we offer professional political consultancy services designed to meet the evolving needs of individuals, political parties, organizations, and institutions across India. In order to maintain the highest standards of service and respect the time and expertise of our consultants, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy is in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, applicable provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and principles of the Law of Torts concerning compensation for wasted time and wrongful loss.
1 .General Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy applies to all confirmed appointments, including virtual consultations, physical meetings, strategy sessions, or any other consultancy service rendered via our platform.
Once an appointment is confirmed and payment is received, a legally binding agreement is formed under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (Section 10), which outlines that a contract becomes valid when there is a lawful offer, lawful acceptance, lawful consideration, and no vitiating factors like coercion or fraud.
2. Cancellation Terms
a) Cancellations Made 24 Hours Prior to Appointment
Clients may request to cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, clients will receive:

Full Refund (minus transaction fees, if applicable), or

Credit for a future appointment, valid for 90 days.
b) Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Appointment
If a client cancels a confirmed booking within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued. The client forfeits the consultation fee due to:

The impracticality of filling the vacant slot at such short notice.

Preparation time already invested by the consultant.
-
Potential lost opportunity to serve other clients.
This clause is legally supported by Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, which entitles the service provider to compensation for any loss or damage caused by a breach of contract. Short-notice cancellations are considered a breach of the service agreement.
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases:

No refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

The incident may be recorded and considered in future booking decisions.
Repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension or ban from future bookings.
Under the Law of Torts, no-shows without valid reason may amount to negligent misrepresentation, where the client’s action leads to measurable loss of time and productivity. Compensation may be pursued in egregious cases.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

Technical failure from our end (e.g., server crash, scheduling glitch).

Consultant unavailability due to health, travel, or force majeure.

Double payment due to a transaction error.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Wasted Time and Legal Remedies
Wasted time—whether due to last-minute cancellations, dishonest disclosures, or irrelevant consultations—undermines the core principles of good faith in contractual agreements. As per Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, a party who suffers loss due to breach is entitled to fair compensation.
Relevant Legal Principles:

Indian Penal Code, Section 415 (Cheating): If any client intentionally books a session without the intent to genuinely engage, it may amount to cheating. We reserve the right to file a legal complaint under IPC Sec. 415.

Indian Penal Code, Section 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property): Any intentional misuse of consultancy time or impersonation to gain confidential political advice may result in criminal proceedings.

Law of Torts - Negligence & Misrepresentation: If a client knowingly provides false, misleading, or irrelevant information that causes the consultant to waste valuable preparation time, a claim may be made for compensation for negligence or misrepresentation.
These legal tools allow us to protect our time, effort, and brand value from being exploited through unethical behavior.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds or rescheduling will be entertained in the event of force majeure including, but not limited to:

Natural disasters

National emergencies

Internet blackout due to government orders.
In such cases, we will offer best-effort rescheduling within 7 working days at no additional cost, depending on consultant availability.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

Provide correct personal and political background details at the time of booking.

Respect the allotted time and attend on schedule.
-
Notify at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations.
Failure to do so may result in termination of services without a refund.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreement regarding cancellations, refunds, or quality of consultation:

Parties are encouraged to first seek amicable resolution via email correspondence.

If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to mediation, followed by arbitration, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Legal jurisdiction shall be the courts located in [Your City, India].
9. Updates to This Policy
This policy is subject to review and updates from time to time. Clients are encouraged to read the policy before each booking. Continued use of the services post-update implies acceptance of the revised policy.

1. IntroductionAs a political consultant, we uphold an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized data access, leaks, or breaches. The privacy, security, and secrecy of our clients’ information is our highest priority. This policy ensures total confidentiality, secure data handling, and restricted access to protect political strategies, client communications, and sensitive intelligence.
2. Zero-Tolerance Confidentiality CommitmentWe do not tolerate:• Unauthorized disclosure of client information.• Third-party sharing without explicit written approval.• Data breaches due to negligence or malicious intent.• Surveillance, hacking, or interception of confidential discussions.Any violation of this policy will result in immediate legal action and permanent disqualification from any future engagement.
3. 4. Non-Disclosure & Legal Protections• Mandatory NDAs: Every client, employee, and affiliate must sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).• Legal Accountability: Any breach of confidentiality or security protocols will be met with immediate termination of services and legal prosecution under applicable national and international privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, Cybercrime Prevention Acts).• Data Retention & Erasure: Client data is stored only for the duration of engagement and is permanently erased upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
5. Zero-Trust Digital Security Framework• Anonymous & Encrypted Communication: We use only high-security, private communication channels to prevent interception.• Cybersecurity Threat Monitoring: Continuous AI-driven monitoring detects and neutralizes threats in real-time.• No Cloud Storage for Classified Information: All confidential data is stored in isolated, air-gapped secure systems, not on public or third-party cloud services.
6. Zero-Tolerance for External InfluenceWe strictly prohibit:• Interference from third parties, including government agencies, media, or rival entities.• Collaboration with individuals or organizations with a history of political espionage.• The use of client information for personal, financial, or external political gain.
7. Emergency Response & Breach ProtocolsIn the event of a suspected security breach:• Immediate lockdown of all affected systems.• Full forensic investigation to identify the source of the breach.• Legal action against responsible individuals or entities.
8. No-Compromise Privacy PolicyBy engaging in our services, all parties acknowledge and commit to full compliance with this Zero Tolerance Privacy, Secure Access & Secrecy Policy. Any violation will result in severe consequences, including immediate termination and legal repercussions.This policy is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.

7. आपातकालीन प्रतिक्रिया और उल्लंघन प्रोटोकॉल संदिग्ध सुरक्षा उल्लंघन की स्थिति में:• सभी प्रभावित प्रणालियों का तत्काल लॉकडाउन।• उल्लंघन के स्रोत की पहचान करने के लिए पूर्ण फोरेंसिक जांच।• जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों या संस्थाओं के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई।
8. नो-कॉम्प्रोमाइज़ प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी हमारी सेवाओं में शामिल होकर, सभी पक्ष इस जीरो टॉलरेंस प्राइवेसी, सुरक्षित पहुँच और गोपनीयता नीति के पूर्ण अनुपालन को स्वीकार करते हैं और इसके लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। किसी भी उल्लंघन के परिणामस्वरूप गंभीर परिणाम होंगे, जिसमें तत्काल समाप्ति और कानूनी नतीजे शामिल हैं। यह नीति गैर-परक्राम्य है और सख्ती से लागू की जाती है।
